We founded Nekor because there is too often a layer between companies and freelancers that mainly finances itself.

Why we exist
In the classic model the provider earns on every billed hour, for the entire duration of the project. For short assignments that is defensible; over twelve months it is expensive, and neither side usually knows how much margin sits in between.
We do it the other way round: we are paid once for what we actually do — finding the right person. After that, client and freelancer work together directly. That caps our business and forces us to be good at the placement itself.
